PRECASTING MOULD INFORMATION

All the designs shown in the above mould titles are produced from A.B.S. plastic moulds. Which are made from 3mm thick A.B.S. sheet. If used with basic care each mould will produce many castings during it's life span. A release agent should be applied to the mould (brush or spray on) before filling with the mix.
Details of our release agent are shown in ACCESSORIES. It is advisable to construct a simple wooden frame with stacking battons for each mould to fit into. This will make the mould easier to use and will enable the moulds to be stacked on top of each other thus saving valuable floor space.
